摘要
以40CrNiMo钢和38CrMoAl钢为研究对象,在保证其它工艺条件不变的情况下,通过添加不同量的富铈稀土,分析了渗氮层深度、硬度及微观组织,揭示稀土含量与离子渗氮催渗效果的对应关系。结果表明:富铈稀土对40CrNiMo钢和38CrMoAl钢的催渗效果与稀土放入量成抛物线关系:催渗效果随着富铈稀土加入量的增加先提高而后降低;并且适量富铈稀土的加入,可有效降低40CrNiMo和38CrMoAl钢渗氮层中白亮层的厚度及脉状渗氮物的数量。
The nitrided case depth,hardness and microstructure were systematically studied on the steels of 40CrNiMo and 38CrMoAl when adding different amounts of Ce-rich rare earth. The relationship between rare earth and energized function was investigated. The results show that the relationship between the adding amount of Ce-rich rare earth and energized function on 40CrNiMo and 38CrMoAl steel is parabolic.With the increase of Ce-rich rare earth,the energized effect raises first but then decreases. Both the thickness of white bright layer and the quantity of vein-like structure decrease when the optimum amount Ce-rich rare earth is added.
