摘要
通过借助光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及挂片耐点腐蚀试验,研究了2205钢经过等温退火后其抗点蚀性能的变化。结果表明:当材料在650℃进行等温退火24 h后,材料的耐点腐蚀性能大大下降,经进一步分析,其主要原因与铁素体相、奥氏体相两相晶界处生成的析出沉淀相R相直接相关;当材料在550℃进行等温退火24 h后,显微组织未发生明显变化。
The descending of pitting corrosion resistance of 2205 steel after isothermal annealing was studied by means of optical microscope (OM),scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the corrosion resistance of the material decreases greatly after isothermal annealing at 650 ℃ for 24 h. The main reason is directly related to the precipitation of R-phase formed at the boundary between ferrite and austenite;the microstructure of the material did not change significantly after isothermal annealing at 550 ℃ at 24 h.
