不同砧木梨树嫁接愈合过程中生理指标的分析

Physiological Indices of Grafting and Healing of Pear Trees from Different Rootstocks

为深入研究梨树砧木嫁接过程中在嫁接愈合阶段生理指标的变化,本文以杜梨为基砧,S2、82-5和PDR54分别为中间砧,"皇冠"梨为接穗,以"皇冠"梨树自根苗为对照,进行了可溶性糖和木质素2种生理指标的变化分析。结果表明:3种砧木品种嫁接苗木嫁接结合部位的可溶性糖、木质素含量等随着天数的增加,均呈现与嫁接亲和性相关的变化趋势。

In order to study deeply the changes of physiological indexes in the grafting stage of pear tree rootstock grafting, this paper takes Pyrus betulaefolia as the base stock,S2,82-5 and PDR54 as the interstocks respectively,"Crown" Pear as the scion."Crown" Pear Tree self-rooted seedlings were used as control to analyze the changes of two physiological indexes of soluble sugar and lignin. The results showed that the content of soluble sugar and lignin in the grafted seedlings of 3 kinds of rootstocks increased with the increase of the number of days, and they all showed the trend of changes related to grafting affinity.
