农村电商末端物流共同配送模式及决策路径

On Joint Dispatching Model at Logistics Terminus for Rural E-Commerce

本文基于农村电商末端物流存在的现实困境,对共同配送模式的利弊、适用性及决策路径进行分析。研究发现,自营模式有助于农村电商进行纵向发展、有效控制物流活动、提供优质配送服务和掌握消费者信息;第三方物流模式有助于促进电商企业集中有限资源专注于核心业务的发展;自营+第三方物流联合模式可以形成末端物流配送的规模效应,但在电商企业对物流活动的控制和消费者对物流服务质量的预期等方面存在局限性。文章提出农村电商末端物流的"众包"共同配送模式优化思路,从五个关键领域提出实现该模式的决策路径:建立公共信息平台、完善奖惩机制及权责关系、改善客户关系管理、提高配送节点的衔接性和建立众包筛选标准。

Targeted at the current predicaments at logistics terminus that rural E-Commerce faces, athe joint dispatching model is analyzed in terms of its advantages, disadvantages, applicability and strategies. The analysis indicates that self-run logistics model is favorable for the E-Commerce enterprise to control its logistical activities,offer high quality delivery and effectively collect its consumers’ information;third party logistics model can help the E-Commerce enterprise to focus on developing its core business with limited resources;a joint model of self-run logistics plus third party service can have the scale effect of dispatching at logistics terminus, but there are such limitations that E-Commerce enterprises have little control over logistics activities so as not to be able to come up to consumers’ expectations for high quality delivery service. Thus a crowdsourcing model is offered as a more optimal solution. And the strategies to build the model is put forth in five key fields: to build a platform to share information, to establish a sound reward-punishment mechanism and the power-responsibility relationship,to improve customer relationship management, to improve the connection between delivery nodes and establish the selecting standard for crowdsourcing members.
