中西医结合分期论治无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血

无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血(以下简称无排卵性功血)是妇科的常见病多发病,也是危急重症和难治性疾病。单纯中医或西医治疗各有缺陷,即使中西医结合如治不得法也常使出血难止或反复发作。冯冬兰教授分期治疗本病,出血期从虚热瘀论治,调补气血阴阳,并用去氧孕烯炔雌醇调控内膜,以塞其流;血止期从脾肾论治,继续调补气血阴阳,仍用去氧孕烯炔雌醇调控周期以复其旧。
