缮肤饮治疗皮肤屏障疾病之经验

Analysis of Clinical Experience in Treating Skin Barrier Diseases with Shanfu Decoction

目的:探讨黄莺教授运用缮肤饮治疗皮肤屏障疾病的临床经验。方法:结合中医相关理论分析皮肤屏障受损的表现及机理,提出以"益气养阴,扶正固本"为基本治法,分析缮肤饮组方思路及组方特点,并附以临床典型病案证明疗效。结果:缮肤饮能有效治疗皮肤屏障疾病。结论:缮肤饮由黄芪、地黄、枸杞子、女贞子、太子参、防风、川射干、蒺藜8味药组成,在临床上用以治疗以干燥、脱屑、潮红、灼热、瘙痒或疼痛等为主要表现的一类皮肤屏障疾病,临床观察疗效可靠。

Objective:To introduce the clinical experience of Professor HUANG Ying in treating skin barrier diseases with Shanfu decoction.Methods:According to the related theory of TCM,we analyzed the manifestation and mechanism of skin barrier damage,and proposed the method of " reinforcing Qi and replenishing Yin,reinforcing the healthy Qi to restore the normal function" as the basic method,with the typical clinical cases attached to prove the curative effect.Results:The Shanfu decoction can effectively treat skin barrier disease.Conclusion:The Shanfu decoction is composed by eight herbs which are Huangqi,Dihuang,Gouqizi,Nvzhenzi,Taizishen,Fangfeng,Chuanshegan,Jili.Professor Huang uses the Shanfu decoction to treat skin barrier diseases which mainly manifests symptoms of drying,scaling,flushing,burning,itching or pain.It was proved to be a reliable method via clinical observation.
