摘要
传统的生物分子检测方法通常都依赖于精密仪器以及专业的操作,在现场以及缺乏专业设备的地区很难开展。而即时检测(point-of-care, POC)旨在提供快速实时诊断,该技术在医疗诊断、食品安全检测、环境监测等领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。数字图片比色法作为一种新型的比色分析方法近年来被广泛地研究和应用,利用这种比色法进行比色分析时通过分析数字图片的相关信息就可以进行定量检测。随着智能手机的快速发展,大规模生产和普及,它们为数字图片比色法即时检测的应用提供了便携、经济、易操作的平台。基于此,本文将介绍课题组在智能手机生化检测技术的开发与应用方面所取得的进展。
Traditional biomedical diagnostics rely on advanced instrument and professional personnel, which is difficult to perform in the regions that are lack of resources. Point-of-care(POC) chemical analysis and diagnosis aim at providing rapid and cost-effective real-time tests, which plays an increasingly important role in medical diagnostics, food safety testing and environmental monitoring. As a new type of analyticalmethod, digital image colorimetry has been recently developed and explored. By using this colorimetric method, quantitative analysis can be performed by analyzing the related information of digital images. The rapid development of smartphones(mass production and popularity) provided a portable, economical, and easy-to-use platform for digital image colorimetry,particularly for point-of-care(POC) applications. In this short review, we will summarize the progress of our research team in the development and application of smartphone-based digital image colorimetry.
