MicroRNA-424在免疫系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要 MicroRNA是一种长约22 nt的非编码性小RNA,是机体调控基因转录后沉默的重要分子,参与免疫细胞增殖分化和炎症等多种生理病理过程。MiR-424是miR-16家族成员,近年研究表明miR-424与感染性疾病、慢性炎症性疾病、以及免疫缺陷病的发生、发展及预后、治疗密切相关。本文对miR-424在感染性疾病包括肺结核和病毒性肝炎等,慢性炎症性疾病包括肠炎和银屑病等,以及免疫缺陷病艾滋病、天疱疮、白血病、淋巴瘤中的表达变化、作用及机制进行综述。MiR-424可作为感染性疾病、慢性炎症性疾病、以及免疫缺陷病诊断、分期、预后的生物标记物,也可作为治疗靶点。 MicroRNA is a small non-coding RNA molecule(containing about 22 nucleotides) found in plants,animals and some viruses. MicroRNA is an important molecule in the regulation of gene post-transcription, and it is involved in many physiological and pathological processes, such as proliferation, differentiation of immune cells and inflammation responses. MiR-424 is a member of the miR-16 family. In recent years, studies have indicated that miR-424 is closely related to the occurrence, development and treatment of infectious diseases,chronic inflammatory diseases, and immunodeficiency diseases. In this paper, the expression change, function and mechanism of miR-424 in infectious diseases, including pulmonary tuberculosis and viral hepatitis etc., chronic inflammatory disease including inflammatory bowel disease and psoriasis, as well as immunodeficiency diseases HIV, leukemia and lymphoma are reviewed. MiR-424 can be used as a biomarker for diagnosis, staging and prognosis of the nfectious diseases, chronic in?ammatory diseases, and immunodeficiency diseases, and also can be used as therapeutic targets.
