我国毒品消费与供给的类型观察——基于GIS技术的分析

Types of Drug Consumption and Supply in China——Analysis Based on GIS Technology

在对全国宏观数据统计基础上择取云南省、广东省、浙江省、江西省、陕西省等五个省的毒情为样本深度观察中国大陆地区毒品消费与供给类型。十余年来,我国大陆地区毒品消费与供给类型已产生由阿片类向合成类转换的结构性变化,合成类毒品逐步占据市场主导是大多数省份的共同趋势,但毒品类型的转换速率存在明显的区域差异。分层分区域动态评估毒品消费与供给类型变化,因地制宜地开展毒品治理是科学路径;各省及省内各区域的毒品治理对策理应根据区域内毒情有所侧重;而加强合成类毒品消费行为的预防与矫治是遏制合成类毒品进一步泛滥的治本之策。

On the basis of macro-data statistics,we selected five provinces of Yunnan Province,Guangdong Province,Zhejiang Province,Jiangxi Province,and Shaanxi Province as the samples to observe the types of drug consumption and supply in China's Mainland.Analysis and display.In the past decade or so,the types of drug consumption and supply in China's Mainland have resulted in structural changes from opioids to synthetics.Synthetic drugs gradually dominate the market and are the common trend in most provinces,but the conversion rate of drug types exists.Obvious regional differences.Stratification and sub-regional dynamic assessment of changes in drug consumption and supply types,and the development of drug governance in line with local conditions is a scientific approach;drug control measures in all provinces and provinces should be focused according to the regional drug situation;and the strengthening of synthetic drug consumption behavior Prevention and treatment is a permanent solution to control the proliferation of synthetic drugs.
