我国苹果病毒病的现状及其检测技术的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 苹果病毒病害分布广泛,果树感染病毒病后会极大影响苹果的品质和产量,而且苹果树一旦感染病毒便会终生带病,很难根除.因此,苹果病毒病已成为了制约我国苹果产业健康持续发展的关键所在.本文全面介绍了我国苹果病毒的种类、分布、危害、传播途径与防治措施,并阐述了苹果病毒的各种检测技术,包括指示植物法、电镜法、血清学法、分子生物学技术和高通量测序技术等,以期为将来有效防治苹果病毒病提供理论依据. Apple virus disease is widely distributed,and once fruit trees were infected with the virus,they will make apple trees permanently sick and difficult to eradicate,which will also greatly affect the quality and yield of apple.Therefore,apple virus disease has become a key factor restricting the healthy and sustainable development of apple industry in China.This paper comprehensively introduces the apple virus type,harm,distribution,transmission and control measures,and expounds the various of apple virus detection technology,including plant indicators,electron microscopic method,serological technology,molecular biology technology and Next Generation Sequencing,so as to provide theoretical basis for effective prevention and control of apple virus disease in the future.
