摘要
基于Hofstede组织文化理论,本文探讨了组织文化是否通过创新能力对组织绩效产生影响.采用问卷调查法对山东多家企业的部门经理进行了取样调查,结果证实:组织文化对创新能力和组织绩效分别具有显著的正向预测作用,创新能力在组织文化与组织绩效之间的关系中起到一定的中介作用.本文为企业提高组织绩效提供了一条有效的途径,即组织文化作为组织的软实力,可以通过创新能力提升组织绩效.
Based on Hofstede s organizational culture theory,this paper explores how organizational culture influence organizational performance through innovation ability.Using the method of questionnaire survey,the department managers of Shandong enterprises were sampled and investigated.The results confirm that organizational culture has a significant positive predictive relationship with innovation ability and organizational performance,the innovation ability mediates the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance.The paper provides an effective way for enterprises to improve organizational performance--that is as the soft power of an organization,organizational culture can improve organizational performance through innovation ability.
