幼儿教师资格认证之症结与优化路径探析

摘要 幼儿教师资格认证是把关教师质量的重要保障,更是幼儿教师队伍专业化的必然选择。当前我国幼儿教师资格认证存在学前教育专业教师教育质量缺乏保障、幼儿教师专业标准与资格认证制度衔接不足、资格认证分类不完善、考核形式简单且内容浅显、资格认证机构不专业等亟待解决的问题。为此,应增强学前教育专业教师教育的适切性,构筑立体化幼儿教师资格标准,改革幼儿教师资格考试制度,引入档案袋评价机制及第三方鉴定机构,以优化幼儿教师资格认证与专业标准体系,提高幼儿教师师资质量。 Preschool teacher qualification certification is an important guarantee for the quality of preschool teachers, and it is an inevitable choice for the professionalization of preschool teachers. At present, a series of related problems arise in C hina, for example, there is a lack of guarantee for the quality of preschool education teachers in China, the lack of proper integration of preschool teachers' professional standards and accreditation systems, the imperfect classification of qualifications, the simple form and content of assessment, and the unqualified qualification institutions.Therefore, China is supposed to enhance the appropriateness of preschool professional teacher education, build up a three-dimensional preschool teacher qualification standard, reform the preschool teacher qualification exam system, introduce the archival bag evaluation mechanism and third-party appraisal institutions.
