摘要
师幼互动是幼儿在园的人际互动中非常重要的一个环节,也是影响幼儿同伴关系形成的核心因素。幼儿园一日生活中,教师与被忽视型幼儿的互动存在以教师权威为中心、互动模式单一、互动情感特征具有较强的消极性,以及教师对被忽视型幼儿的关注程度呈两极分化等问题。为此,教师应转变教育观念、建立新型师幼关系,改善教育行为、学会倾听,采用多样的教学方式和方法;幼儿园应缩小班级规模,为教师减负,从而改善教师与被忽视型幼儿的互动关系,促进被忽视型幼儿的社会性发展。
Teacher-child interaction is a very important link in young children’s interpersonal interaction in kindergartens, and it is also the core factor affecting the formation of their peer relationship. In their daily life in kindergartens, some problems arise in the interaction between teachers and neglected young children,such as focusing on teachers’ authority, the single interaction mode, the very negative interaction emotion, and the teachers’ polarized attention to the neglected children. Therefore, teachers should change their concept of education, establish a new teacher-child relationship, improve educational behavior, learn to listen and adopt various teaching methods;Kindergartens should reduce the class size and the burden on teachers, so as to improve the interactive relationship and promote the social development of neglected young children.
