This paper gives a brief overview of the 2 important international transplant conferences in 2018 including the American Transplant Congress (ATC) and 27th International Congress of the Transplantation Society (TTS). It provides exposures to cutting- edge scientific research findings in the field of transplantation with focus on the donor specific antibody,antibody mediated rejection, clinical immune tolerance, maximizing organ utilization, liver graft preservation and transplantation related virus infection.
