摘要
固有淋巴细胞(ILC)是移植免疫领域新的研究热点,其在移植免疫中的作用十分复杂。不同情况下,同种ILC可能产生促进免疫排斥或耐受两种完全相反的效应,不同ILC亚群的比例关系也会对移植免疫结果产生影响。此外,移植物组织驻留ILC也会影响移植免疫状态。本文回顾近年来相关研究,总结不同ILC亚群在移植免疫中的具体作用及相关机制,以期为进一步研究提供方向。
Innate lymphoid cell (ILC) is a new research focus in the field of transplantation. The role of ILC in transplantation immunity is very complex, and the same ILC may have two opposite effects, promoting rejection or promoting tolerance. The proportion of different ILC subgroups also affected the immune status of transplantation immunity. In addition, graft- resident ILC can also affect the state of transplantation immunity. In this paper, the relevant researches in recent years were reviewed, and to analyze the specific role and related mechanisms of different ILC subgroups in transplantation immunity, so as to provide direction for further research.
