摘要
成为一名有理想信念、有扎实学识、有道德情操、有仁爱之心的"四有"好教师,是新时代的需要、是培养社会主义事业接班人的要求。师德是教师从教之基、素质之魂。师德考核能更好推进教师队伍建设进程,创造良好的育人环境。为达到师德考核实际效用,学校管理层面应以正面激励为主。
To be a good teacher with ideal and faith, solid knowledge, moral sentiment and benevolence is the need of the new era and the inevitable requirement of training successors of socialist cause. Teachers’ morality is the basis and soul of teachers’ teaching quality. Teacher ethics assessment can better promote the process of teacher team building and create a good educational environment. In order to achieve the actual effectiveness of teacher ethics assessment, the school management level should be based on positive incentives.
