摘要
活动体验式职业生涯规划教育强调团体心理行为训练对职业生涯规划教育的重要意义,在遵循一定设计原则的基础上,对学生的自我认知和团队合作、职业沟通、自我管理等核心就业能力进行培养。师范院校由于自身特点,非常适用此种教育方式。
The activity-based experiential career planning education takes group psychological behavior training as the key, and trains the core employabilities of students in self cognition, team cooperation, communication, self management of occupation with base on some principles designed in advance. The new teaching mode is especially practicable in normal colleges because of their distinctive characteristics.
