电子直乙结肠镜在健康人群肛肠疾病筛查中的应用价值

Application value of electronic direct colonoscopy in screening anorectal diseases in healthy population

目的评价电子直乙结肠镜在健康人群肛肠疾病筛查中的应用价值。方法对2017年1月至2017年12月东莞市人民医院进行肛肠疾病筛查的1246例健康人群进行电子直乙结肠镜检查的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果本次研究筛查出731例肛肠疾病(58.67%),其中乙状结肠直肠炎241例(32.97%),痔疮233例(31.87%),直肠息肉101例(13.82%),肛乳头肥大94例(12.86%),其他62例(8.48%),检查中未发生因操作而引发的肠穿孔严重并发症。结论电子直乙结肠镜用于健康人群肛肠疾病筛查检出率较高,检查前不需要进行肠道准备,且操作易行、价格接受程度高,值得作为筛查项目。

Objective To evaluate the value of electronic sigmoidoscopy in the screening of anorectal diseases in healthy people.Methods The clinical data of 1246 healthy people screened for anorectal diseases in our hospital from January to December 2017 were retrospectively studied.Results Seven hundred and thirty-one cases of anorectal diseases(58.67%)were screened,including 241 cases of sigmoid rectitis(32.97%),233 cases of hemorrhoids(31.87%),101 cases of rectal polyps(13.82%),94 cases of rectal papilla hypertrophy(12.86%)and 62 cases(8.48%).There is no serious complications of intestinal perforation caused by operation occurred during the examination.Conclusion The detection rate of anorectal diseases by electronic sigmoidoscopy in healthy people is high,intestinal preparation is not necessary before examination,and the operation is easy and the price is acceptable.
