克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with fluconazol in the treatment of recurrent colpitis mycotica

目的探讨克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将我院收治的126例复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者随机分为对照组(63例,克霉唑阴道片)与观察组(63例,克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组WHOQOL-BREF评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论克霉唑阴道片联合氟康唑治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎效果显著,其可有效降低患者血清细胞因子水平,减少复发率,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with fluconazol in the treatment of recurrent colpitis mycotica.Methods A total of 126 patients with recurrent colpitis mycotica treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(63 cases,clotrimazole vaginal tablets)and observation group(63 cases,clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with fluconazol).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the scores of WHOQOL-BREF in both groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with fluconazol in the treatment of recurrent colpitis mycotica has a significant effect,which can effectively decrease the levels of serum cytokines and the recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life.
