布地奈德雾化联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿反复咳嗽、喘息的效果

Effect of budesonide atomization combined with montelukast sodium in children with repeated cough and wheezing

目的分析布地奈德雾化联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿反复咳嗽、喘息的效果。方法以随机数字表法将90例反复咳嗽、喘息患儿分为两组,每组45例。对照组应用布地奈德雾化治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的免疫因子水平,并对比两组咳嗽、喘息消失时间及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患儿的血清IgE水平均降低,IgA水平均升高,且研究组的优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的咳嗽和喘息消失时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用布地奈德雾化联合孟鲁司特钠治疗反复咳嗽、喘息患儿,可改善血清IgE、IgA水平,缩短恢复时间,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of budesonide atomization combined with montelukast sodium in children with repeated cough and wheezing.Methods Ninety children with repeated cough and wheezing were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide atomization,while the study group was given montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.The levels of immune factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the disappearance time of cough and wheeze and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the level of serum IgE decreased,and level of serum IgA increased in both groups,and those in the control group was better than the study group(P<0.05).The time of cough and wheeze disappearance in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of budesonide atomization combined with montelukast sodium in children with repeated cough and wheezing can improve the levels of serum IgE and IgA,shorten the recovery time and improve the therapeutic effect.
