消渴痹足浴方联合西洛他唑治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果及对血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响

Effect of Xiaoke Bizu bath prescription combined with cilostazole in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its influence on the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α

目的评价消渴痹足浴方联合西洛他唑治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果及对血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法将106例DPN患者随机分为对照组和观察组各53例,两组均予以西洛他唑治疗,观察组加用消渴痹足浴方治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组症状积分、TCSS评分、血清IL-6及TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组和治疗前,且治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消渴痹足浴方联合西洛他唑治疗DPN的效果肯定,可有效改善患者的临床症状,缓解炎症状态。

Objective To evaluate effect of Xiaoke Bizu bath prescription combined with cilostazol on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and its influence on the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α.Methods A total of 106 DPN patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with cilostazol,while the observation group was given Xiaoke Bizu bath prescription addition.The therapeutic effects of both groups were compared.Results After treatment,the symptom score,TCSS score,levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment,while the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoke Bizu bath prescription combined with cilostazol is effective in the treatment of DPN,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and relieve inflammation.
