疼痛专项管理对肾结石患者疼痛症状及负性情绪的影响

Effects of special management of pain on pain symptoms and negative emotions in patients with kidney stones

目的研究疼痛专项管理对肾结石患者疼痛症状及负性情绪的影响。方法选取我院收治的肾结石患者102例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=51,常规护理干预)和观察组(n=51,常规护理干预+疼痛专项管理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的NRS、SDS和SAS评分均明显低于护理前及对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛专项管理可以缓解肾结石患者的疼痛症状,并且改善患者情绪,提高其护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effects of special management of pain on pain symptoms and negative emotions in patients with kidney stones.Methods A total of 102 cases of patients with kidney stones admitted in our hospital were selected as research objects and divided into control group(n=51,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=51,routine nursing intervention+special management of pain)by random number method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of NRS,SDS and SAS of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the pre-nursing and the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The special management of pain can alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with kidney stones,ameliorate patients'emotions and improve the nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
