民办高校跨境电商校企合作人才培养问题探讨

A Study of Cultivation of Cross-border e-commerce Talents of School-enterprise Cooperation in Private College

近年来,随着我国跨境电商的迅猛发展,企业对跨境电商从业人员的需求也呈现出急剧增长态势。各大院校在加大相关人才培养的同时,也更加注重优化完善校企合作模式,希望通过优化整合高校与企业的资源,培养出更符合市场需求的跨境电商人才。目前高校跨境电商校企合作人才培养模式中普遍存在一系列问题,其表现为培养目标不精准、课程体系太滞后、教学样式不丰富、师资力量跟不上等。基于此,本文系统提出了协同制订人才培养方案、共同拓展实训操作平台、合作培养“双师型”师资队伍等建议。

In recent years,with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in China,the demand of cross-border e-commerce practitioners has also increased dramatically.Not only have the universities and colleges increased relevant talents training,but also have also paid more attention to optimize and perfect the school-enterprise cooperation model.It is hoped that by optimizing the integration of resources of universities and enterprises,more talents of cross-border e-commerce can be cultivated,who will better meet the market demand.However,there are problems in cultivating cross-border e-commerce talents of school-enterprise cooperation in private college,including unclear training objectives,backward curriculum system,limited teaching style and insufficient teachers'ability.Through analyzing the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions systematically,such as collaborative draft of the talent training programs,joint expansion of the training operation platform and the joint work to train the “double-skilled” faculty.
