子宫肌瘤术中卵巢去留和对内分泌的影响

Effect of ovarian retention and endocrine on uterine fibroids

目的研究分析子宫肌瘤术中卵巢去留和对内分泌影响的实际意义。方法随机抽取2017年1月～2018年1月住院的100例子宫肌瘤患者,根据每人基本情况的不同记录下来,采取对所有患者实施子宫肌瘤术并在一段时间之后观察两组患者的内分泌情况,将患者的治疗效果进行分析比较。结果在手术之前与手术之后的患者雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成激素明显增高差异具有统计学义(P<0.05),并且在手术之后,患者出现便秘以及脱发的患者有12例,出现阴道干涩的患者有4例,出现盗汗的患者有8例,相较之于治疗前,出现这些症状的只有4例,术后的临床症状明显增多,差异具有统计学义(P<0.05)。结论在对患者采用子宫肌瘤术中卵巢去留的治疗方式,对患者的生活产生了不利的影响,在操作时仍需改进。

Objective To study the practical significance of ovarian retention and endocrine effects during uterine fibroid surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine fibroids who were hospitalized from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly selected.According to the basic conditions of each person,uterine fibroids were performed in all patients and the patients in both groups were observed after a period of time.Endocrine conditions,the patient's treatment effect is analyzed and compared.Results The difference between estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in patients before and after surgery was statistically significant(P<0.05),and after surgery,12 patients with constipation and alopecia appeared.There were 4 patients with vaginal dryness and 8 patients with night sweats.Compared with before treatment,only 4 patients had these symptoms,and the clinical symptoms were significantly increased after surgery.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ovarian retention in patients with uterine fibroids has an adverse effect on the patient's life and needs to be improved during operation.
