浅谈优质护理在妇产科护理中的应用及其临床价值

Talking about the application and clinical value of high quality nursing in gynecology and obstetrics nursing

目的研究分析优质护理在妇产科护理中的应用方法和价值。方法在本院2017年7月至2018年7月之间随机选择妇产科患者128例为研究对象,其中64例为研究组,64例为对照组,研究组为优质护理,对照组为常规护理,分析两组患者的护理满意度、临床依从性、妇产科知识掌握程度、投诉事件发生率。结果研究组产妇的护理满意度比对照组高(18.25%),研究组产妇的临床依从性、内分泌知识掌握程度均优于对照组,结果具有研究意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科临床护理工作中应用优质护理可以提升患者的护理满意度,提升治疗与护理的效果,提升患者的护理依从性,还可以让患者掌握相关疾病的知识,具有很大的临床应用价值。

Objective To study and analyze the application method and value of high-quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018,128 patients with obstetrics and gynecology were randomly selected as study group and control group.Nursing satisfaction,clinical compliance,knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology,incidence of complaints and psychological status were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(18.25%).The clinical compliance and endocrine knowledge of the study group were higher than that of the control group(18.25%).The degree and mental state of the control group were better than that of the control group,and the results were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in the clinical nursing of gynecology and obstetrics can improve the patients'nursing satisfaction,improve the effect of treatment and nursing,enhance the patients'nursing compliance,and let the patients master the knowledge of the related diseases.It has great clinical application value.
