生活方式干预疗法联合药物治疗PCOS的效果及对妊娠结局的影响

Effect of lifestyle intervention theraPy combined with PharmacotheraPy on PCOS and its influence on Pregnancy outcome

目的探讨生活方式干预疗法联合药物治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法将2017年1月份～2018年11月份本院确诊为PCOS的97名患者随机分为A、B两组。A组49人,B组48人。A、B两组同时在药物(达英-35)的治疗下,A组给予生活方式上的干预治疗,包括饮食,运动及心理方面的干预,对比治疗有效率及妊娠率。结果 A组对PCOS的治疗有效率85.7%,妊娠率是53.2%,B组治疗PCOS的有效率是66.7%,妊娠率是20.8%,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在药物的治疗下,生活方式的干预对治疗PCOS及提高妊娠率有明显效果的。

Objective To exPlore the effect of lifestyle intervention theraPy combined with drug theraPy on Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and its influence on Pregnancy outcome.Methods 97 Patients with PCOS diagnosed in our hosPital from January 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into A and B grouPs.There were 49 in grouP A and 48 in grouP B.A and B grouPs were treated with drugs(Diane-35).A grouP was given lifestyle interventions,including diet,exercise and Psychological interventions.The theraPeutic efficiency and Pregnancy rate were comPared.Results The effective rate of PCOS treatment in grouP A was 85.7%,the Pregnancy rate was 53.2%,the effective rate of PCOS treatment in grouP B was 66.7%,and the Pregnancy rate was 20.8%.There was significant difference between the two grouPs(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the treatment of drugs,lifestyle intervention has obvious effect on PCOS and Pregnancy rate.
