重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合LEEP术治疗宫颈HPV感染的疗效观察

Efficacy of recombinant human interferon a-2b vaginal effervescent caPsule combined with looP electrosurgical excisional Procedure in the treatment of cervical human PaPillomavirus infection

目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合LEEP术治疗宫颈HPV感染的疗效观察。方法选择2016年12月～2017年12月在建湖县人民医院接受LEEP治疗的CINⅡ-Ⅲ级且伴HPV感染的患者。随机分组,对照组35例采取LEEP术治疗,观察组35例则采取LEEP术联合重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;阴道出血持续时间、渗液持续时间、创面愈合时间;治疗前后患者症状积分;宫颈狭窄、创面感染发生率。结果观察组疾病疗效、阴道出血持续时间、渗液持续时间、创面愈合时间、症状积分相比较对照组更好,P<0.05。观察组严重宫颈狭窄、创面感染发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论应用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合LEEP术治疗HPV感染宫颈病变可提升疗效,减少阴道出血和渗液,促进宫颈切口创面愈合,减少术后并发症,降低HPV复发率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent caPsule combined with looP electrosurgical excision Procedure in the treatment of cervical human PaPillomavirusinfection.Methods Cervical intraePithelial neoPlasiaⅡ-ⅢPatients with human PaPillomavirus infection who received looP electrosurgical excision Procedure treatment in Jianhu county PeoPle's hosPital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected.Randomly assigned,35 Patients in the control grouP were treated with looP electrosurgical excision Procedure and 35 Patients in the observation grouP were treated with looP electrosurgical excision Procedure combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent caPsules.The efficacy of the two grouPs was comPared.Duration of vaginal bleeding,duration of seePage and wound healing;SymPtom score before and after treatment;Incidence of cervical stenosis and wound infection.Results The observation grouP was better than the control grouP in disease efficacy,duration of vaginal bleeding,duration of fluid seePage,wound healing time and symPtom score,P<0.05.The incidence of severe cervical stenosis and wound infection in the observation grouP was lower than that in the control grouP(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent caPsule combined with looP electrosurgical excision Procedure in the treatment of cervical human PaPillomavirus infection lesions can imProve the efficacy,reduce vaginal bleeding and seePage,Promote cervical incision wound healing,reduce PostoPerative comPlications,reduce the rate of human PaPillomavirus recurrence,it is worth clinical Promotion.
