腹腔镜子宫切除术并输卵管切除对卵巢功能的影响

Effect of laParoscoPic hysterectomy and falloPian tube resection on ovarian function

目的分析腹腔镜子宫切除术并输卵管切除对卵巢功能的影响。方法选择行100例腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者(2016年5月～2018年5月),分不同组别:研究组(同时实施输卵管切除)、对照组(对输卵管保留)。对组间术前术后的抗苗勒管激素水平、雌二醇、促黄体生成素、促卵泡刺激素水平进行对比。结果研究组与对照组术后的抗苗勒管激素水平、雌二醇、促黄体生成素、促卵泡刺激素水平与术前相比均有差异性,P<0.05;但研究组术后的抗苗勒管激素水平(2.11±0.42 ng·ml-1)、雌二醇(34.56±14.11 Pg·ml-1)、促黄体生成素(9.22±1.33 mIU·ml-1)、促卵泡刺激素水平(9.73±1.46 mIU·ml-1)与对照组术后相比,无数据指标差异性,P>0.05。结论只要实施腹腔镜子宫切除术不论是否切除输卵管均会在一定程度上不利于卵巢功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of laParoscoPic hysterectomy and falloPian tube resection on ovarian function.Methods One hundred Patients undergoing laParoscoPic hysterectomy(May 2016~May 2018)were enrolled in different grouPs:study grouP(simultaneous falloPian tube resection)and control grouP(reservation of falloPian tubes).The levels of anti-Mullerian hormone,estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were comPared before and after surgery.Results The levels of anti-Mullerian hormone,estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in the study grouP and the control grouP were different from those before surgery,P<0.05;Anti-Mullerian hormone levels(2.11±0.42 ng?ml^-1),estradiol(34.56±14.11 Pg?ml^-1),luteinizing hormone(9.22±1.33 mIU?ml^-1),follicle stimulation There was no difference in the data index(9.73±1.46 mIU?ml^-1)comPared with the control grouP,P>0.05.Conclusion As long as the imPlementation of laParoscoPic hysterectomy,whether or not the falloPian tube is removed,it will be detrimental to ovarian function to some extent.
