探讨DHEA对闭锁卵泡形成的机制 被引量:1

摘要 建立闭锁卵泡动物模型的方法很多。但现今大多的有关的模型具有多囊卵巢改变,但这些模型大多模拟闭锁卵泡的一个或多个方面的病理特点,有的模型甚至与基本的闭锁卵泡的病理学特征不兼容,这致使模型不能更好地适应和发展相关的临床研究。有见及此,本研究将采用脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)皮下注射法建立小鼠卵泡闭锁模型。根据闭锁卵泡的两种内分泌特征,如小鼠卵巢形态学和小鼠性激素表达水平,建立了两种闭锁卵泡小鼠模型。为闭锁卵泡的研究提供实验依据。 There are many methods for the establishment of animal models,most of which have ovarian changes,but most of these models mimic the Pathological characteristics of one or several asPects of,and some models even aPPear to be inconsistent with the Pathological characteristics of.These models cannot be well aPPlied to clinical research.In this study,the Inbred Mice model of was and subcutaneous injection of DHEA.According to the two endocrine characteristics of,the body weight,the shaPe of ovary,the volume and relative mass of ovary were measured,resPectively.Changes of ovary histology,oestrus cycle in mice,sex in rats The changes of hormone level and the exPression of recePtor Protein in ovary were used to evaluate two kinds of rat models,which Provided exPerimental basis for the study of.
