椎管内麻醉无痛分娩对分娩结局的临床影响

目的研究在无痛分娩孕产妇中采取椎管内麻醉对分娩结局的临床影响作用。方法本文以随机法将50例无痛分娩孕产妇进行分组研究,对照组是实行常规麻醉的25例孕产妇,试验组是实行椎管内麻醉的25例孕产妇,计算且关注对照组与试验组无痛分娩产妇分娩结局、第一产程时间、第二产程时间、并发症发生率。结果试验组无痛分娩产妇分娩结局、第一产程时间、第二产程时间、并发症发生率对比对照组,P<0.05,数据之间表明统计学分析计算意义。结论将椎管内麻醉应用在无痛分娩孕中可改善分娩结果,降低并发症发生率,缩短产程,值得应用借鉴。

Objective To study the effect of intraspinal anesthesia on the outcome of labor in painless parturient women.Methods Based on the stochastic method to 50 cases epidural maternal group study, the control is a routine anesthesia of 25 cases of maternal, is carrying out a spinal canal anesthesia group of 25 cases of maternal,calculate and pay attention to the control group and experimental group painless childbirth puerpera childbirth outcome, for the first time, the second labor time, labor complications.Results Compared with the control group,painless parturient women in the experimental group had the outcomes of childbirth, the time of the first labor process, the time of the second labor process, and the incidence of complications,P<0.05,indicating statistical analysis and calculation significance between the data.Conclusion The application of intraspinal anesthesia in painless childbirth and pregnancy can improve the delivery results, reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the labor process, which is worthy of reference.
