EDITOR’S NOTE

本期是《中国海洋法学评论》取得国内刊号,改名为《中华海洋法学评论》,并由半年刊改为季刊后的首期。本期重点探讨了南海周边国家如何共同建设一个长效有序的南海和平社区。南海沿岸国之间一直以来争端不断,和平解决南海纷争应该是南海周边各国共同的愿望。

The current Issue represents a brand new start for China Oceans LawReview. It has witnessed the transformation of a semi-annual journal into aquarterly one published with both an international standard serial number (ISSN1813-7350) and a Chinese standard serial number (CN-35(Q) No. 2018004).This Issue will present our audience with in-depth discussions on four topics.
