Different construction methods of intensive care units in mobile hospitals

目的比较移动医院重症监护室不同搭建方法的优缺点,从而指导实战情况下移动医院重症监护室的快速高效搭建。方法在非战时演练中,分别采取顺序法和同步法搭建移动医院重症监护室,比较两种方法的用时、人员分配差异。结果顺序法第一次用时64 min,第二次用时58 min,平均61 min;同步法第一次用时60 min,第二次用时56 min,平均58 min。结论采用同步法搭建移动医院重症监护室较顺序法用时短,团结合作、加强训练、优化流程才能做到高效快速搭建移动医院重症监护室。

Objective The objective of this study was to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different methods for constructing intensive care units in mobile hospitals, and to offer reference for rapid and efficient construction of mobile hospital intensive care units. Methods In a military exercise, mobile hospital intensive care units were built using the sequential method and synchronization method respectively, and the differences in time and staff allocation between the two methods were compared. Results The sequential method required 64 min for the first time, 58 min for the second time, with an average of 61 min;the synchronous method required 60 min for the first time and 56 min for the second time, with an average of 58 min. Conclusions It takes less time to build a mobile hospital intensive care unit using the synchronous method than by the sequential method. Solidarity, cooperation, training and process management can help build a mobile hospital intensive care unit efficiently and quickly.
