摘要 上海应培育新消费、推动消费全面升级,为打响"上海购物"品牌提供新的动能;把握"中国国际进口博览会"重大机遇,为促进进口贸易便利化创新制度和搭建平台;统筹规划布局、优化购物环境,提供更好的载体空间;充分利用自贸试验区平台,推进制度创新,提供更优营商环境;强化创新驱动、释放企业活力,培育更有竞争力主体;促进四大品牌联动、拓展消费产业链,为"上海购物"品牌涵养更好生态。 Shanghai should focus on cultivating new consumption and promoting overall consumption upgrading to provide new impetus for launching the“Shanghai shopping”brand,and grasp the great opportunity of“China International Import Expo”,in order to promote the innovation of import trade facilitation system and set up a platform;to make overall planning and layout,optimize the shopping environment and provide better carrier space;to make full use of the platform of the pilot free trade zone to promote system innovation and provide a better business environment;to strengthen innovation drive,release enterprise vitality,cultivate more competitive main body;to promote four brands linkage,expand consumption industrial chain,for“Shanghai shopping”brand conservation better ecology.
