摘要
作为传统的高能耗产业,铁路行业的绿色施工对可持续发展意义重大。土石方调配是铁路路基的重要组成部分,决定着施工的质量安全、成本与工期。为了保证工程质量安全和保护西北寒旱生态脆弱区,引入了质量安全成本和资源环境成本,建立了基于质量-成本-工期的土石方优化调配模型。为实现指标信息量和价值量的统一,采用最小二乘法组合赋权法确定指标权重,然后运用自适应差分进化算法对多目标优化模型进行求解,得出最优物料调配方案,并通过实例分析说明模型和算法的有效性。
As a traditional high energy consumption industry,green railway construction is of great significance for the sustainable development of civil engineering.Earthwork allocation is an important part of railway construction,which determines the quality,safety,cost,and duration of construction.In order to ensure the quality and safety of the project and protect the ecologically fragile area in Northwest China,the quality safety cost and the resource and environmental cost are introduced,and the optimal earthwork allocation model based on the quality cost construction period is established.In order to realize the unification of index information quantity and value quantity,the weighted least squares method is used to determine the index weight.Then,the adaptive differential evolution algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization model,and the optimal material allocation scheme is obtained.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
