摘要
目前,信息技术发展迅速,应该充分利用其直观、快捷的优势,建立教师评价系统,使学校对教学实现实时监控,及时掌握教学过程中的问题。这已经是社会发展的一个趋势——提高现代化管理水平,同时也是社会进步的表现。与传统纸本评教做法相比,使用系统进行评教,有这样几个优点:①突破了原有评教方式的局限,可以相对科学、准确地对教师教学工作进行评估,将评教打分的主观性、随意性降低。②由于问卷设计了不同指标,可以从不同维度对评教结果进行分析,提供较为科学与准确的数据,进一步加大教学评价力度。③突破了原有纸质评教的地域局限,可在多地域、任意时段以自己的身份访问系统进行评教,大大增强了评教的灵活性,这对于远程异地教学更显其优越性。④突破了传统评教耗时、耗力的情况。应用系统,可减低教务人员及评价人员的消耗,使评教更便捷、简单。
At present, with the rapid development of information technology, it is necessary to make full use of its intuitionistic and quick advantages to set up a teacher evaluation system,so that the school can realize real-time monitoring of teaching and grasp the problems in the teaching process in time. This has been a trend of social development- improving the level of modern management, and also a good perfor. mance of social progress. Compared with the traditional method of paper-based teaching evaluation, there are several advantages of using a system to evaluate teaching:①It breaks through the limitation of the origi. nal way of evaluating teaching,and can evaluate teachers teaching work scientifically and accurately,and de. crease the subjectivity and arbitrary of evaluation scoring.②Since the questionnaire has designed different in. dexes,we can analyze the teaching evaluation results from different dimensions,provide more scientific and accurate data,and further strengthen the teaching evaluation.③It breaks through the regional limitation of the original paper-based teaching evaluation,and it can be evaluated in multiple regions and at any time with its own identity access system,which greatly enhances the flexibility of the evaluation of teaching,and shows its superiority for remote distance teaching.④It breaks through the situation of time-consuming,ener. gy-consuming via methods of traditional evaluation. The application of the system can reduce the consump. tion of teaching staff and evaluators,and make the evaluation and teaching more convenient and simple.
