摘要
在煤矿生产掘进过程中,由于邻近层层间距较小,在开采过程中,邻近层瓦斯随采动裂隙涌入,导致巷道瓦斯涌出较大。寺河煤矿通过千米钻机施工穿层钻孔,释放底抽岩巷顶板以上3~#煤的瓦斯,瓦斯得到了有效控制。但是,在离底抽岩巷底板2~3m处的5~#煤层,通过千米钻孔常规施工技术释放瓦斯效果不理想,没有从根本上解决5~#煤层的瓦斯问题。通过对成孔和瓦斯抽放浓度进行数据分析,找出不足之处,然后进行工艺技术革新,并不断试验,直至工艺成熟,解决了5~#煤层瓦斯问题的最佳施工技术,有效提升了人均工效和矿井安全生产。
In the excavation process of coal mine,due to the small interval between adjacent layers,the gas from adjacent strata poured in with the mining cracks during mining,resulting in a larger gas emission in the roadway. Through the construction of kilometer drilling through the layer,Sihe Coal Mine releases the bot. tom of the rock roadway above the roof of the 3# coal gas,gas has been effectively controlled. However,in the 5# coal seam where the bottom of the bottom drainage roadway is 2-3m,the gas release effect through the conventional construction technology of the kilometer borehole is not satisfactory,and the gas problem of the 5# coal seam has not been solved fundamentally. Through the data analysis of hole-forming and gas drain. age concentration,the paper finds out the shortcomings of technological innovation,and continues to test un. til the technology is mature,and finds out the best construction technology to solve the gas problem of the 5# coal seam,which effectively improves the per capita efficiency and ensure the safety of mine production.
