摘要 火电厂控制设备实现程控启停和自动控制是热工自动化水平提高的重要标志。实现自动化不仅可以减轻运行人员的劳动强度,避免运行人员的误操作,而且完善控制逻辑能实现设备的的自动控制和保护控制功能。针对某电厂CFB锅炉给煤机控制系统存在的顺控系统不能实现自启停、热工保护项目和给煤自动控制不完善等问题进行了分析,并对控制系统实施了改造和控制逻辑优化,实现了给煤机自动控制,对同类型CFB机组给煤机控制系统设计和优化提供了参考。 Realization of control equipment's programmed start-stop and automatic control in thermal power plant is an important symbol of the improvement of thermal automation. Automation's realization can not only reduce the labor intensity of the operator,avoid the faulty operation of the operator,but also improve the function of automatic control and protection control through improving the control logic. This paper analyzes the problems such as automatic start-stop in cis-control system can't be realized,imperfect of thermal proj. ect and imperfect feed automatic control in the control system of CFB boiler feeder in a power plant,and implements the reform and control logic optimization of the control system,the automatic control of coal ma. chine is realized and give reference for the design and optimization of CFB units feeder of the same type.
