摘要
目的观察自拟止血复元中药免煎颗粒治疗创伤性凝血病(ATC)的临床疗效。方法 ATC患者66例按就诊顺序随机分为两组,西药组给予西医常规综合疗法进行治疗,中药组在西药组治疗的基础上,再加入自拟止血复元中药免煎颗粒进行治疗;两组治疗均7 d为1个疗程。结果从凝血功能、循环功能、炎性因子水平、血制品用量、不良事件发生情况等几方面比较,中药组均优于西药组(P <0.05)。结论采用自拟止血复元中药免煎颗粒治疗ATC的临床应用疗效显著。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Self-made TCM Decoction-free Granules for Hemostasis and Recovery on ATC. Methods: 66 patients were randomly divided into TCM group and WM group according to the order of treatment,33 cases in each. WM group received routine treatment;TCM group added Self-made TCM Decoction-free Granules for Hemostasis and Recovery. The treatment course was 7 days. Results: Compared with WM group,TCM group was superior in terms of coagulation function,circulatory function,levels of inflammatory factors,dosage of blood products and occurrence of adverse events(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Self-made TCM Decoction-free Granules for Hemostasis and Recovery has a significant clinical efficacy on ATC.
