随着生活水平的提高,人们对食品的质量要求也越来越高,越来越追求健康饮食。蔬菜富含多种微量元素及矿物质,在日常餐食中所占比例越来越大,为保证蔬菜不被虫害侵食,外观良好,提高产量,从而获得较高利润,菜农会在蔬菜生长期喷施或浇灌农药,预防虫害。农药降解需要一定的时间,但有些菜农不按规定时间采摘售卖,使蔬菜中农药残留超标。因此,快速检测蔬菜中农药残留,避免超标的蔬菜进入餐桌,保障饮食健康具有重要意义。
