冷冻(藏)食品的物流作业系统研究

Study on Logistics System of Frozen(Tibetan) Food

随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,消费者日益重视食品的安全卫生和营养。冷冻食品越来越被人们所喜爱,而冷链物流是保证冷冻食品顺利到达消费者手中的重要保障。本文对广西壮族自治区的冷链物流状况作简要分析并提出见。

With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, consumers paid more and more attention to the safety, health and nutrition of food. Frozen food is more and more popular among people, cold chain logistics is an important part of whether frozen food can reach consumers smoothly. Based on the current situation of cold chain logistics in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, this paper made a brief analysis and put forward some Suggestions.
