摘要 新时代各行各业展开了技术变革,食品加工领域尤为突出。随着时代的进步和科学技术的不断发展、更新,食品加工领域逐渐开始应用热门、高效的高新技术,呈现出技术更新、繁荣发展的趋势。本文主要介绍了食品加工领域常应用的高新技术,食品加工和高新技术的关系,力图推动食品加工领域的高新技术的研究进程,为同行业提供借鉴。 In the new era, all walks of life are gradually carrying out new technological changes, especially in the field of food processing. With the progress of The Times and the continuous development and update of science and technology,the field of food processing has gradually applied hot and efficient new and high technology, showing a trend of technological update and prosperity. This paper mainly introduced several kinds of high and new technologies commonly used in the field of food processing, to show the relationship between the field of food processing and high new technologies for readers, in an effort to promote the research process of high and new technologies in the field of food processing, and to provide reference for the same industry.
