With the emergence of food safety problems, people pay more attention to the rapid detection technology of food safety. This paper introduced the research progress of food safety rapid detection technology, analyzed the application of food safety rapid detection technology in food safety supervision, and put forward the strategy of strengthening food safety rapid detection.
