摘要
在中国的食品安全体系中,风险交流是最为薄弱的环节。随着各种食品安全事故的发生,我国政府部门加大了对食品安全的整治。本文从政府部门、社会公众、媒体及风险交流学科发展等角度出发,对我国食品安全风险交流的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,提出了应对措施,旨在保障食品安全风险交流工作的顺利实施。
Risk communication is the weakest link in the construction of the food safety system in China. With the frequent occurrence of various food safety accidents, the government departments in China have stepped up the rectification of food safety. From the perspective of government departments, the public, the media and the development of risk communication disciplines, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of food security risk communication in China, and puts forward some countermeasures to ensure the smooth implementation of food safety risk communication.
