Study on the Related Problems of Food Safety Sample Inspection and Monitoring

食品安全影响着每个人的日常生活和健康,随着近年来重大食品安全问题不断被爆出,食品安全成为了人们关注的焦点,食品安全抽检监测工作越来越受到重视。本文从当前食品安全的局势出发,通过介绍抽检检测的种类,分析食品安全抽检工作中存在的问题和产生原因,提出自己的总结和可行的解决策略。

Food safety affects everybody’s daily life and health. With the emergence of major food safety problems in recent years, food safety has become the focus of attention, and food safety sampling and monitoring work has been paid more and more attention. Starting from the current situation of food safety, this paper introduces the types of sampling inspection, analyses the problems and causes in the sampling inspection of food safety, and puts forward its own summary and feasible solutions.
