摘要
三氯乙烯(Trichloroethylene,TCE)是重要的化工原料、中间体和有机溶剂,因其难溶于水、难降解、毒性大的特性,一旦进入环境将对人类及生态环境产生长期的危害。研究高浓度TCE污染生物修复技术原理及影响因素,对污染场地生物修复工程实践具有重要的指导意义。
Trichloroethylene(TCE)is an important chemical raw material,intermediate and organic solvent.Because of its insolubility in water,high persistence in the environment and high toxicity,it will cause long-term harm to humans and biota once enters the environment.Investigation of the principle and influencing factors of the bioremediation technologies for high-concentration TCE is of great significance for the contaminated sites bioremediation engineering.
