摘要
大数据时代,数据素养是人们进行科学研究、管理决策、参与社会活动必不可少的,也是高等学校人才培养的重要内容。以美国为主的发达国家已经全面开展了数据素养的教育实践,近年来虽然中国也开始了有关数据素养教育的相关理论研究,但相应的教育实践还比较薄弱。文章分析了数据素养概念的内涵,并对中国高等学校素质教育的发展沿革进行梳理,阐述了国内外数据素养教育的现状,以及目前数据素养教育在中国高等教育中存在的问题,在此基础上对国内高校开展数据素养教育提出了建议。
In the big data era, data literacy is not only an essential quality for scientific research, management decision, and participation in social life, but also the important contents of talents training in colleges and universities. The developed countries such as USA have carried out the practice of data literacy education in an all-round way. China has also started the relevant theoretical research on data literacy education, but the corresponding educational practice is very weak. In this paper, the connotation of the concept of data literacy education and the development of quality education in higher education are analyzed, the present situation of the data literacy education at home and abroad is elaborated, and some suggestions are put forward in view of the problems existing in the data quality education in China's higher education.
