Research on water consumption and saving of large coal-to-olefins project

目前大型煤制烯烃项目耗水量大,水资源的制约已经成为煤制烯烃发展过程中必须要解决的核心问题之一。在水平衡测试经验的基础上,对生产系统用水经济指标与国家标准比较分析后,认为中煤陕西榆林能源化工有限公司主要用水指标均已达到节水要求,并进一步地介绍了企业实际的节水技改措施与水系统的节水管理。

Currently,large-scale coal-to-olefin projects consumed a lot of water,and the restriction of water resource had become one of the core problems that must be solved in the development process of coal-to-olefin. Based on the experience of water balance test and the comparison and analysis between the economic indexes of water consumption in production system and the national standard,it was concluded that the main water consumption indexes of China Coal Shaanxi Yulin Energy & Chemical Co.,Ltd. had reached the water saving requirements,and the practical water saving technical reform measures and water saving management of the water system were further introduced.
