摘要
高压化轴向柱塞泵的配流盘多以非对称、具有较大死区的结构来取代对称式结构以提高增压能力。针对某航天舵机用柱塞泵对柱塞腔压力周期变化规律进行研究,进而对非对称式配流结构斜盘力矩进行了理论分析并建立了其数学模型。最后基于AMESim平台搭建了传统对称式和非对称式斜盘力矩仿真模型并在典型工况下进行了对比分析。与对称式斜盘力矩特性不同,液压力矩在非对称式斜盘力矩中不可忽略,其大小主要受系统压力的影响而与斜盘倾角无关。
In order to improve supercharging capacity of high pressure axial piston pump, symmetrical structure of valve plate is replaced by asymmetric structure with a large dead zone. The period changing rule of piston chamber pressure is studied based on an aerospace actuator piston pump, and then theoretical analysis of asymmetric distribution structure's swash plate moment is made and a mathematical model is built. Finally, symmetric and asymmetric structure simulation models are built based on the AMESim platform. Comparison and analysis are made under a typical working condition. Differing from symmetric moment characteristics, hydraulic moment can not be neglected in asymmetric structure, and it is mainly affected by system pressure and has nothing to do with swash plate angle.
