带式输送机电液并联式混合驱动系统的研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对当前带式输送机驱动装置装机功率大、损耗能量、能源利用率低等问题,基于差动行星齿轮机构动力合成的原理,设计了具有广阔应用前景的带式输送机电液并联式混合驱动系统。采用AMESim仿真软件,建立了主交流电机变频调速驱动系统和辅助液压驱动系统模型,并进行了带式输送机从启动到稳定运行的动态特性分析。结果表明:所设计的电液混合驱动系统在带式输送机启动过程中,能进行功率、转速和转矩的合成,主、辅系统能够实现协同工作,带式输送机实现了"S"形速度曲线的软启动;在辅助液压驱动系统的工作下,主驱动电机的装机功率降低到了合理范围。 Based on the principle of dynamic synthesis of differential planetary gears, an electro-hydraulic parallel hybrid drive system is proposed for belt conveyors to reduce their installed power, energy consumption and increase the energy utilization rate. Driving models of main frequency control system and auxiliary hydraulic system are established by the software AMESim to investigate the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor from a start-up process to a stable operation process. The results show that powers, rotation speeds and torques of the electric and the hydraulic systems can be coupled, and the main and the auxiliary systems can work together, and a soft-start with “S” speed profile can be achieved for the belt conveyor. Under the operation of the auxiliary hydraulic drive system, the installed power of main drive motor is reduced to a reasonable range.
