It aims to research users' security needs of cash loan APP, to optimize the design method of cash loan APP, and make the APP more satisfy users' security needs, thereby attracting more users and increasing their viscosity. First, literature research, questionnaires, user interviews and other methods were adopted to summarize the main influencing factors of users' security needs. Secondly, design of domestic mainstream cash loan APPs were compared to analyze their characteristics, and present a design method for cash loan APP based on users' security needs. Finally, key pages of the cash loan APP were designed, and some professionals were invited to evaluate the design plan and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design method. The design method of cash loan APP based on users’ security needs can better meet user needs, optimize user experience, increase their viscosity, and further enhance the market competitiveness of the product.
